Alla Games Convention di lipsia, Activision ha rivelato varie novitą e dettagli sui suoi nuovi progetti. innanzitutto la track list per Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock conterrą anche Minus Celsius (Backyard Babies), Hier Kommt Alex (Die Toten Hosen), In the Belly of a Shark (Gallows), I'm in the Band (The Hellacopters), Avalancha (Heroes Del Silencio), Take This Life (In Flames), Ruby (Kaiser Chiefs), Closer (Lacuna Coil), Generation Rock (Revolverheld), Mauvais Garcon (NAAST) and Radio Song (Superbus).

E' stata poi annunciata la data di uscita di Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare per PC, Xbox 360 e PS3, che sarą disponibile in tutto il mondo per il 5 Novembre.
Infine, c'č stato anche l'annuncio del nuovo titolo videoludico basato su James Bond, che uscirą sulle next-gen consoles, varie consoles portatili ed anche PC.
Le varie versioni daranno realizzate dai teams Treyarch, Beenox e Vicarious Visions.
